If you are participating as a Coach, Official, Physician, Tournament Administration, etc. you must register as a Non-Athlete either here online (coming soon) or on site at the Tournament. Please print and complete this form and mail to Dawn Sanchez or bring with you to Officials Check-in.
Officials CHECK-IN: MUST CHECK-IN (in-person) no later than Wednesday, July 19th 2017 9:30 am
(after weigh-ins) MUST be Level II to work as an R/J/TK; Level I officials are encouraged to participate in other capacities.

Coaches, Officials, & Monday, July 17th 2017, 5:00 pm-7:00 pm; 8:30 pm-11:00 pm OR at Boxer's check-in: Tuesday, July 18th 2017, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm @ the Casablanca Hotel & Casino. All participants must register in person.
USA Boxing Membership: Each tournament participant (Boxers, Coaches, Officials, Physicians, Tournament Administration, etc.) must be registered with USA Boxing for the 2017 membership year, and have proof of registration (Passbook w/ a copy of current registration card inside and proof of current certification documented in it)
Officials and Coaches MUST be currently certified to work.
Certification Clinics: We will not have any certification clinics or tests at this event as they are now available on-line.
Meals & Lodging: Boxers and Coaches Participants are responsible for all of their meals and lodging needs. Rooms may be provided for Officials if arranged in advance.
